Second week in a row

So a few weeks ago I was hoping to be down below 375 lbs and have no luck with that, this was my second weight in a row that I’m @ 379.2, and I weight myself a few times just to make sure. I guess just watching what I’m eating is start to wear off, I have been backing off on the walking this week as it’s been pretty busy most nights. But it I can at least fit 15 minutes in I have been doing it. So I need to make more time! This week I need to do everything in my power to make more time. On a side note I’ve been trying to get in to my doctor with no luck. I have a lot of questions but I guess all have to go to the internet to answer them. I’m not disappointed about my lack of weight loss, I’m happy that I didn’t gain any back as I would be crushed at this time to know that. But all take it one day at a time for now. Any who, I have 30 minutes left on my lunch and I’m going for a walk.
