One month down

So it’s been a month since I really started to watch what I eat and getting more active. Been Walking just about every day, and have been inputting all my meals in to an app called “Lose It!” on my iPod touch. I find it hard to get the nutrition on some things about I try to get as close to the ballpark as I can. I highly recommend it to anyone that has an iPhone or iPod touch. Tomorrow morning I will weight myself and see how far I’ve come. I’m down to 380.0 now, hoping to be under 375 by a minus is a plus for me, even .5 of a pound is better than nothing. I’m will be getting a gym member ship later this month and will be going at lunch or after work. Will try to put an hour in a day there and see if that speeds this up a bit or at least can keep me being a loser. If you want leave me a comment, and let me know any tips or tricks.
