Going to have to Make Time
So the last couple weeks have been pretty busy and I haven’t made time to update this site. This is something I’m going to try to fix with at least a weekly update. So, my plan update, I picked up a scale two weeks ago and I’ve planned to weight myself every Wednesday morning. So last week (July 29th) I was down to 385.4 and this morning I was down to 380.0. So my plan seems to be working so far. I’ll add something on here to let people see my process on my side bar. I’m sticking to my walks and am going to look into a gym membership this weekend. Then I can step it up.
