My Plan
A couple days ago I talked about the plan I had to lose my extra weight. So this is how I came up with it, A few months ago I installed a app called “loseit!” on my Ipod touch, It’s a great app but I didn’t really start to use it till July 9th. I’ve been adding all my meals and exercise every day along with running everything though it to see what would be the best choice for meals. I’ve set the apps Daily Calorie Budget to 2020 and I ball play everything I eat and it gives me Calorie Value. I even been inputting the info off the side of the box, that way I get closer to my exact number for each day. This way I find I eat healthier, plus I have been eating a lot less at every meal. But I don’t stop there, at work I go for two 15 minute walks, mostly to wake up and to get up from my desk. I also go for a 30 to 45 minute walk a night and every other day I have been trying to do 10 – 15 minute on my elliptical machine. The Elliptical is a work in progress right now, adding minutes and intensity levels each day. Just about every day for the last 2 weeks I’ve done at least 45 minutes to an hour of walking. I know it’s not much…but it’s a start. Come September I plan on getting a gym membership so I can keep up with it for the fall / winter. Mostly I want to make sure that I can stick with this time, before a commit to a year membership. It’s a little to much money to waste again, right now.
Well for now that’s the plan; I’ve set my first goal to 350 and found a scale that I plan on picking up next week. This way I know if this is working or not.
