Stage 1 Complete – Week 7

Second week in a row
So a few weeks ago I was hoping to be down below 375 lbs and have no luck with that, this was my second weight in a row that I’m @ 379.2, and I weight myself a few times just to make sure. I guess just watching what I’m eating is start to wear off, I have been backing off on the walking this week as it’s been pretty busy most nights. One month down
So it’s been a month since I really started to watch what I eat and getting more active. Been Walking just about every day, and have been inputting all my meals in to an app called “Lose It!” on my iPod touch. Going to have to Make Time
So the last couple weeks have been pretty busy and I haven’t made time to update this site. This is something I’m going to try to fix with at least a weekly update. So, my plan update, I picked up a scale two weeks ago and I’ve planned to weight myself every Wednesday morning. So last week (July 29th) I was down to 385.4 and this morning I was down to 380.0.
